"Chrome OS is missing or damaged" Message

If you are seeing an error message that says "Chrome OS is missing or damaged" first try to restart your Chromebook by pressing and holding Refresh and then tapping the Power button to restart the Chromebook. If the message persists, you will need to bring the Chromebook to the office to have it repaired. Please drop it off in the office and fill out a helpdesk ticket here:
